A prerequisite for clients who require a stone free topsoil for FINETURF SURFACES, LAYING & SEEDING NEW LAWN,  PATCHING & OVERLAYING DEAD SPOTS.

6.  Sterilsed Topsoil, 100% Weed and Seed Free a moist blend of 70% topsoil; 30% sand, sreened to only 5mm then heat blasted to kill weeds and seeds then nutriants and minerals are mixed into the blend to produce a 100% weed free product.
Please remember whilst we will supply you with a 100% weed free topsoil we can can not stop nature displacing seeds in the open air and transfer by wildlife in generale plus if there is growth under the spread area we can not stop that pushing through.
You should be extra careful when planting bulbs and seeds for possable hitch hicking weed seeds on board
